Customizing Your New Home

At New Hampshire Modular Homes you can customize your new home by adapting standard plans to meet your needs.

What Types of Changes Can I Make?

You can rearrange rooms, doors, windows, kitchens, baths, etc. You can "flip" or reverse plans. You can convert a cape plan into a ranch plan or convert a ranch plan into a cape. You can add windows, substitute a slider for a door, or make a house larger or smaller.

Where do I Start?

  • Complete our contact form. Be sure to tell us your property address.
  • Take a look at our standard plans.
  • Select one that generally meets your needs and print out the plan.
  • Mark-up the plan by moving doors, walls, windows, etc.
  • Get in touch with us to set up a time to meet with us to discuss your project.
  • After our meeting, we'll get back to you with a preliminary design and a "sales estimate" price.
  • If everything looks good, we'll schedule a site visit and start fine-tuning your plan.
